For the past 15 years she has gained valuable experience in orthopedics outpatients at St. Paul’s Hospital and various Providence Health Care sites as a casual physiotherapist. She also gained valuable experience when she established her own orthopedic private practice clinic in Norway.

Anu is experienced in treating most conditions requiring physiotherapy post surgically such as hip and knee replacements, ACL repair, mastectomy, fractures and dislocations, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). Combining her personal experience, and from experience in private practice and the public sector, she has a special interest in treatment of chronic pain and fibromyalgia.

She uses manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education as treatment tools. Home exercise programs are an important part of her regular treatment session. One hour treatment sessions and one hour active rehabilitation sessions within a gym setting are also available.
